Osveta (Enlightenment) Publishing House, Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
Osveta Publishing House (Osveta vydavateľstvo in Slovak) was founded in 1953. It served as the main publisher for the Commission for Education and Culture of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic. In addition to publishing educational materials, Osveta disseminated informational literature, fiction and non-fiction works, and it turned-out political material that included posters.
