While the typography worked contractually for Ogiz (Association of the State Book and Magazine Publishers), it is documented as having been under the printing trusts of Soiuzpoligrafprom (All-Union Association of Printing Enterprises) and Glavpoligrafprom (Main Directorate of the Printing Industry). Per Soviet-era sources from the early 1930s, the printer was known as the 1st Journal Printing House of ONTI (United Scientific and Technological Institute).
