Raisa Vasil'evna Khasieva had a long-lasting career in the field of graphic design. From 1924−1930, she was a student in the graphic arts department of VKHUTEIN [Higher Art and Technical Institute]. After graduating, she lived in Leningrad. Khasieva principally worked in the development of art for propaganda and agitational design. Her poster “Help the iron horse!
