This poster quotes a revolutionary song. The significance of 7 November 1918 is the first anniversary of the Bolshevik revolution as noted on the Julian Calendar used by Russia before February 1918. The equivalent date of 7 November was 25 October on the Gregorian Calendar. The Gregorian calendar was implemented in Russia on February 14, 1918 thereby changing the Julian dates of 1 to 13 February.
