**Información sobre el cartel:** (En la parte superior del cartel) “República Socialista Federativa Soviética de Rusia. ¡Proletarios del mundo, unidos!” La batalla por Ucrania duró de 1917 a 1921 y discurrió paralela a la Guerra Civil Rusa. Cuando se imprimió este cartel, VTsIK (la casa editorial que lo publicó) operaba desde la “Segunda Casa de los Sóviets” en Moscú, situada en el edificio del Hotel Metropol. VTsIK estaba ubicada en la “Entrada Nº 4, Apartamento 15” del Metropol. Con posterioridad, otro hotel moscovita, El Nacional, se convirtió en la “Primera Casa de los Sóviets”, el cual era utilizado no sólo como oficinas sino también como alojamiento de líderes políticos soviéticos.
