Información sobre el cartel: En la parte superior del cartel se pueden ver un martillo y un arado dentro de una estrella roja, símbolo que representaba la unión entre obreros y campesinos. Se trata del primer símbolo soviético y fue usado por primera vez como emblema por el Ejército Rojo en 1918. Obtuvo la aprobación oficial el 19 de abril de 1918. En agosto de ese mismo año, el martillo y la hoz reemplazaron oficialmente al martillo y el arado. A la derecha del cartel vemos representado el emblema roto de la Dinastía Romanov (al que se le ha añadido una cadena), mientras que a la izquierda podemos ver el escudo de armas, estilizado y roto, de los Romanov.
