Igor' Aleksandrovich Ershov was a Soviet painter, graphic artist, and a decorator. Born into a musician's family, Ershov entered Saratov Art College in 1925 where he studied for five years with teachers Pavel Kuznetsov, Pyotr Utkin, and Boris Milovidov.
